- One to one meeting. Opportunity to meet 3 or 6 delegates (it depends by the sponsorship agreement signed). Each meeting last 30 minutes;
- Convivial meals. Appointments during meals to built informal relationship with delegates;
- Exhibitor’s Area for speed meeting. A space reserved for fast meeting aimed at mutual exchange of information, materials and business cards: a tool to encourage further meetings outside agenda
